Before: The customer wanted to enhance the curb appeal, reduce amount of lawn area, achieve better sprinkler coverage, reduce run-off, and introduce flagstone areas.

After: We reduced the lawn area and installed two notchstone retaining walls. We laid new flagstone walkways and added flagstone veneer over the concrete porch. We planted medium and low water use plants and installed a new irrigation system. We also laid new fabric and gravel and added a few accent boulders.
