When they say "Quality"; they mean quality! Dealing with Vivian and Roberto was wonderful - great people, trustworthy and immediately responsive. Robert, Ray and Matthew did a superb job doing Fall cleanup, including trimming fir bushes, for me. Polite, respectful and hard working. Everything was done to perfection and was done quickly. When I called in for some yard maintenance, Vivian was so so kind and amazing. I needed it done quickly to avoid a violation and they fit me in super quick even though they typically have a few weeks wait. I was so appreciative of this! Not only this, Vivian just has a very warm personality! The crew arrived early and Robert, the owner, greeted me and let me know what they would be doing and introduced me to the crew. They were able to clean stuff up rather quickly and followed up with me once they were done. Robert is also very friendly and was even able to recognize some of my fruit trees! Overall, I’m so appreciative of everything they were able to do on short notice and a huge plus for me is that they have an online portal as well. During the last seven years, you showed up when expected (every time!) or called to reschedule because of weather. You remind me when I need extra attention, such as grass seed or insecticide, etc. It's this reliability that is most important to me, but of course I am always satisfied with the quality of work too. You exceeded my expectations in 2020 as I did not know what to expect. I mow my own lawn so you were hired to power rake the last 2 years. In 2020, I did not know that included mow and trim. Comments, what did we do well or what can we improve on? Mike and Glen did an excellent job during a very full day of work: installing edging around two gardens, fertilization of all trees and shrubs, checking and repairing the irrigation system, preparing three large raised garden boxes for irrigation and planting, and trimming the juniper ground cover. They answered my questions, gave some tips regarding watering, and, in general, were wonderful. Although it's hard work, they obviously enjoy it and take pleasure in a job well done. Rob went right to the source of a leaking sprinkler head. He had to dig several inches down to discover a huge tree root crushing a pipe leading to the sprinkler, then had to saw through more roots in order to repair system. He provides excellent information re tree trimming and did a great job on a large Chaste tree. His crew did all the necessary maintenance to our lawns so they look great! 4/2/2020 B. E.

We love it and have received numerous complements from neighbors as well. We've continued to use their services for weed control and seasonal maintenance. They also keep an eye on fruit trees in our backyard and treat the grass to control foxtails. Staff are always friendly, courteous, and very efficient.
